Indiana Youth Group (IYG) provides life-changing support for LGBTQ+ young people through programs, resources, and community spaces where they can feel safe, affirmed, and connected. As one of the oldest LGBTQ+ youth organizations in the country, IYG has grown from a local gathering place in Indianapolis to a statewide resource, expanding its reach so more young people across Indiana can access the support and community they deserve.

As IYG expanded beyond Indianapolis and deepened its programming, the organization saw an opportunity to bring greater clarity and cohesion to how it communicated its mission. Their materials needed to reflect the heart of who they are: safe, accessible, youth-centered, and community-rooted. This moment offered the chance to create messaging and visual tools that honored their legacy, uplifted the voices of LGBTQ+ young people, and supported outreach across a wider geographic footprint. The goal was not to reinvent IYG, but to help them communicate more clearly to the youth, families, donors, and partners who rely on them.
